OK, I am set up with a blog. My plan is to write when I feel like it. That way I won't clog up my friends e mail in boxes with clutter. YOU can choose whether or not to read my blatherings. I will also do the travel letters to my mother on this site. If you choose the feature that will notify you when I post, you won't even have to check the site - they will notify you that there is something new to read.
